American Kenpo Karate is one of the most innovative system of the Martial Arts first practiced in Hawaii and the Americas, now World Wide. Karate means "empty hand"; and Kenpo means "fist law". Kenpo was introduced to the United States in 1954 by the late Ed Parker. This system is designed to let the user adapt the techniques to his or her own physical ability. Anyone, of any age can learn and be effective under any situation. Kenpo Karate uses a modern scientific principle, coupled with the basic laws of nature, to make it innovative, logical, and effective.
